Abstract

In 2013, the Belt and Road Initiative created an important cooperation platform for participating countries and regions, and opened a new situation for the development of economic globalization. As an advocate, China also follows the trend and expands the scale of its cross-border e-commerce trade. The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has undoubtedly brought business English majors opportunities for their career development, but it cannot be ignored that the current business English talents trained by colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of cross-border trade. However, the arrival of big data makes it possible to improve the current predicament of business English talent training. Based on the background of the era of big data and aiming at the problems in the training of business English talents, this paper puts forward the strategy of training business English talents in cross-border e-commerce, so as to provide sufficient and high-quality talents for the development of cross-border trade in China.
