Full-time master of education, joint training, training mode

Abstract

It is of great significance to build a scientific and effective full-time education masters joint training mode for training high-level compound applied talents and speeding up the construction of disciplines and specialties in schools. After ten years of exploration, some achievements have been made in the joint training of full-time education masters in China, but at the same time, there are some problems that affect the quality of postgraduate training, such as the low degree of collaborative training among the training subjects, the ambiguity of the rights and responsibilities of the training subjects, and the mere formality of educational practice. This paper attempts to analyze the problems in the process of the joint training of full-time education masters in China, and use the literature method and case method to analyze and summarize the joint training mode of full-time education masters in foreign developed countries, with a view to providing reference for the joint training of full-time education masters in China.
