Abstract

Background: In the current teaching and learning environment, teacher leadership as an important part of instructional competencies is receiving increasing attention in the classroom. Transformational leadership, as a type of leadership style, facilitates teaching and learning and enhances the teachers ability to control the classroom and manage relationships with students. It promotes students interest in learning through charisma, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and personalized attention. This study demonstrates that the use of transformational leadership styles in the classroom has a positive impact on teaching and learning by analyzing the impact of transformational leadership styles on teaching and learning. This study will use a qualitative research method to interview second-ary school leadership as well as selected teachers and students to gain insight into the participants behaviors and experiences, and to summarize, summarize, and reflect on the participants answers to questions that demonstrate the facilitative effects of transformational leadership styles on teaching and learning.
