Abstract

There are some problems in the teaching of psychological guidance course for middle school students. The teachers inspire and guide the students, mobilizing the enthusiasm of student sand playing the main role of students. Based on the idea of "prevention of disease" in traditional Chinese medicine. The research uses the specific technique of the school of psychological consultation to pro-mote the positive psychological quality and psychological flexibility of college students. This paper focuses on prevention, strangles students mental problems in the embryonic state and probes into the innovative mechanism of mental health education. Based on the subject of provincial education reform, the "123" model of experiential teaching is established Relying on the subject of provincial teaching reform, establishing the "123" mode of psychology experience teaching in normal universities. Through the combination of on-line and off-line teaching methods, the traditional teaching method of teachers should be changed, and the students psychological knowledge should be consolidated and improved, and their psychological counseling skills and innovative practical ability should be improved significantly.
