Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increasing concern for health. Food-derived small molecule protein is a source of microbial, plant and animal active small molecule protein. They are safe, non-toxic, highly effective, rich in variety, easy to take and fast in absorption. Food-derived small molecule proteins have good anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-bacterial effects in immune cells, immune organs and immune active substances, and can also improve the health of biological organisms, and are widely used in various fields with a broad future development prospect.
