Abstract

In recent years, the teaching content and employment service system of Chinas universities are not perfect, which cannot effectively realize the scientific career planning of college students. College students career planning education should be a set of multi-dimensional system covering the whole university career planning course education and career counseling. However, in the course practice, teachers education methods and methods are too single, and they only pay attention to the teaching of students theoretical knowledge, and lack the training of practical methods, cases and practical skills. Or, the connection between the teaching content of the major and the practical training position is not close, and it fails to give full play to the optimal guidance of the in-post internship and internship work, which leads to low classroom efficiency. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, this paper takes the course teaching of "College Students Career Planning" as the starting point, integrates various educational resources, reforms the education mode, establishes the education system of "career planning curriculum" and "school-enterprise cooperation", and actively responds to the future challenges.
