Abstract

Under the new development stage, the paradigm of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing the transformation. The new pa-radigm means a major change in the theoretical system, educational concept, teaching mode and teaching methods, and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities will appear in a leapfrog and landmark development. Research through analysis of university ideological education development stage, and combined with the characteristics of the new stage of development in our country, put forward the new university ideological education paradigm to "practical" as the core, "systematic" as the basic, "continuity" as the guarantee characteristics, and based on the reality of paradigm shift path is expounded, provides Suggestions for the future research and practice. In order to realize the smooth transformation of the paradigm, the research proposes that: first, clarify the inevitability, core connotation and important starting point of paradigm change. Second, strengthen the empirical research of the new paradigm and provide theoretical support. Third, fully mobilize the internal and external subjects of colleges and universities to participate in the new paradigm and accumulate practical experience. Fourth, gradually establish and improve the new paradigm system and mechanism, and build a new pattern of ideological and political education.
