Abstract
In order to adapt to the strategy of developing China’s civil aviation industry and meet the talent demand of the rapid development of China’s aviation industry, the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of aviation Service Art and Management undergraduate program in 2019. The construction of the comprehensive quality model of students majoring in aviation service art and management can not only provide a scientific theoretical basis and accumulate experience for the establishment of the professional quality model, but also enhance the comprehensive quality of the future air crew, improve the quality of Civil Aviation service. In this paper, focus on the students of Civil Aviation University of China, based on the existing theory of college students ability and quality, combined with the characteristics of the industry, the construction of the ability and quality model of students majoring in aviation service art and Management, in order to improve the effectiveness of the professional talent training.
