Abstract

In "internet +" times, information technology has promoted the innovation of education and the key to the realization of education development strategy lies in teachers. Cultivating teachers who are innovative in teaching based on Internet information is the key to determine the success or failure of education reform and achieve the goal of education reform. All aspects of human life have changed to varying degrees, among which the reform in the field of education is not limited to. Reversible, then promoting teachers professional growth will have new research content. The author starts with the necessity of cultivating innovative teachers in "Internet+" times, introduces several main aspects of innovative teachers and the main problems existing today, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures. Facing the future, teachers have a deep understanding of what "Internet education" has brought to them. Good vision is full of confidence. Based on the present, teachers should strive to master Information technology, constantly update ideas, expand knowledge, improve skills, and promote to grow professionally.
