Abstract

After the implementation of the "Double reduction" policy, the "5 + 2" after-school services will be implemented in compulsory education schools. After-school service is not a new term for most schools in China, but how to provide high-quality after-school service for students is a new topic. In view of the current implementation of after-school services in primary schools and the existence of education in rat race, teachers lack of in-depth interpretation of the content of the policy, conflicts of interest among parties involved in after-school services, lack of a sound after-school service system, etc. , based on the view of school as the main body of after-school service, this paper puts forward the idea of building a home-school cooperation community, promoting the professional development of teachers, enriching the content of after-school service, and clari-fying the responsibilities of all parties of after-school service, to perfect the system of after-school service, to formulate scientific service plan, to tap the potential, to rely on their own advantages to fully implement the "Double reduction" policy, in order to improve the quality of after-school service, the author sums up feasible teaching countermeasures in practice.
