Abstract

On the road of future development, state-owned coal enterprises should speed up the pace and depth of the modernization of human resources management, attach importance to and strengthen human resources management, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, and give full play to the enthusiasm of human resources departments, so that they can become a powerful driving force to promote the development of coal enterprises. As long as the enterprise can truly attach importance to human resource management in ideology, firmly establish the concepts of "human resources are the core competitiveness of the enterprise", "human resources are the driving force of the enterprise" and "people-oriented", and take practical measures to develop human resources and scientifically manage human resources, then the state-owned coal enterprises will gain competitive advantages in the future international market. Coal industry group is the representative of Chinas traditional resource industry, which plays a vital role in the development of Chinas national economy and the improvement of peoples living standards. However, with the continuous development of market economy and the gradual rise of new energy industry, the development of coal industry groups is also facing many difficulties, such as increased competitive pressure, brain drain, unreasonable talent structure, and widening technological gap. This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resources in the current coal industry group, and discusses the strategic research of human resources management based on the current situation of the coal industry group.
