Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the enterprise system, it has become an important work for modern enterprises to strengthen the enterprise management and find an effective human resource information management method, which is also a solution to realize the talent development strategy and better alleviate the internal conflicts of enterprises.  In the enterprise management concept, more and more attention is paid to the degree of conflict management.  It has become an important way for modern enterprise management to reform the enterprise management mode, protect the rights and interests of employees, and enhance the organizational identity of employees.  Taking Hunan University of Humanities and technology as an example, under the framework of modern enterprise management system, we will find an organizational culture compatible with enterprise culture, treat employees with an appreciative attitude, and better integrate the conflict management mode with employee empowerment, Developing appreciation culture, coordinating the relationship between employees and managers,  and promoting the coordinated development of enterprises are the necessity of the development of modern enterprise culture and the need of the progress of enterprise system.
