Abstract

International trade financing business has the advantages of less investment, low risk and high return. International trade financing is a method of financing, but also the performance of bank credit action. The financing objects are concentrated in large foreign trade enterprises, and the risks are relatively concentrated. There are still problems in Chinas financing management system. In fact, financing institutions generally pay attention to the financial strength of enterprises, do not understand the trade background, customer production and operation process and relevant customer credit, ignore the trade background and upstream and downstream conditions, and know little about the problems that lead to risks. Therefore, in the process of international trade financing, enterprises carry out supply chain management and establish international market risk assessment system to improve the security of financing business. Enterprises can make better use of foreign capital and technology to finance international trade and solve the problem of capital shortage. In the process of international trade financing, enterprise financing must also go through commercial banks.
