Abstract

The new coronavirus epidemic’ sweeping the world has brought great impact on the national economy. Dongguan, a prefecture-level city and a megacity in Guangdong Province, is known as one of the four tigers in Guangdong Province. Many small and medium-sized enterprises in Dongguan production and sales and financial management is divided, and did not pay attention to budget production and supervision. At the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth Peoples Congress of Guangdong Province. Affected by the new coronavirus epidemic, many enterprises are bankrupted due to the rupture of the capital chain, especially SMEs. Most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China are labor- intensive or transition from labor-intensive to science and technology-intensive stage, and the human cost expenditure is high and low. This paper will explore the normalization of the epidemic, through understanding the actual situation of cost control of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dongguan City, and put forward relevant suggestions, hoping to provide help for the steady development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
