Abstract
When carrying out student affairs management in private colleges and universities, they should base themselves on the new era background, organize and optimize the management work, cultivate professional technical and skilled talents, and improve the training quality of talents through the continuous transformation of educational undertakings and the continuous optimization of educational and teaching management means, so as to deliver qualified high-level and high-tech builders to the society. This paper mainly explores the innovative mechanism of student management in private colleges and universities, and based on the characteristics of students in private colleges and universities, puts forward innovative countermeasures for student management in private colleges and universities, such as innovating the concept of student management, improving the team of counselors, and integrating campus resources, etc., so as to do a good job in student management in private colleges and universities, optimize the management team, and improve the comprehensive quality of students in private colleges and universities, so as to cultivate more outstanding high-quality professionals.
